Projects that want to propose investment in the SOLAS DAO must go through the process of staking after holding more than a certain amount of SOLAS tokens, and projects that are eliminated among the project candidates of the SOLAS DAO will be canceled.

However, if the project gets more than a certain number of votes, it can get some back according to the rules set by SOLAS DAO.
